摘要
我国在庞大人口对粮食需求的刚性驱动下,农业在国民经济发展中始终占有极为重要的地位。然而,我国水资源本底条件较差,经济发展迅速,工农业用水竞争激烈,加之气候变化,干旱频发,农业用水短缺成为制约我国农业发展的瓶颈。为从根本上解决我国农业用水短缺的情势,在全面分析我国农业用水现状后,解析了农业水循环原理,并对其中各环节的农业水资源消耗效率进行了剖析。最后,提出了立足于农业水循环过程的调控策略。
China has larger population.The agriculture holds most important position in the economy development all the time under the stiffness drive on grain need to the population.However,the agriculture water use shortage become the bottleneck restricting our agriculture development because of the poor water resources background condition,the competition of water resources between agriculture and industry and frequently happen of drought.To solve fundamentally the situation of agriculture water shortage,the paper firstly analyzed China?ˉs agricultural water use situation an facing with the problems,then the theory of agricultural water use was analyzed,an further analyzed water resources consumption efficiency based the water cycle structure.Finally,based on the agriculture water cycle process and water resources consumption efficiency,the regulation strategy with adding water supply and improvement water consumption efficiency was provided for high efficiency agriculture water use.
