长江中下游五省抗旱减灾对策初步探讨

Preliminary discuss on the drought mitigation strategy for the five provinces in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River

通过对长江中下游五省历史干旱事件的整理,分析该地区旱情旱灾特点,并从自然环境系统和经济社会系统分析干旱灾害的成因,提出长江中下游五省今后一段时期内抗旱减灾的对策思路,为该区域有效提高整体抗旱能力,降低干旱灾害损失提供参考。

Drought is one of the main natural disasters for five provinces in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River,who suffered severe drought again in 2011.Based on the historical data,this paper makes detailed analysis on drought characteristics,and natural and social factors which caused drought.To enhance the overall drought mitigation capacity and then reduce drought loss in this area,drought mitigation strategy has been proposed.
