一种蚯蚓抗菌肽的性质研究 被引量:1

Physics and chemical property of antibacterial peptides from earthworm

摘要 采用磷酸缓冲溶液浸提、硫酸铵沉淀,经过葡聚糖凝胶柱分离和抗菌活性筛选得到了一种抗菌活性肽,并对其性质进行研究。研究结果表明,该活性肽对几种革兰阴性菌、阳性菌及真菌均有不同程度的抑制,同时,初步测定该抗菌肽具有较好的热稳定性,能提高动物免疫活性,对血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)也有较好的抑制效果。 By means of phosphate buffer,ammonium sulfate precipitation and Sephadex G-100 and Sephadex G-50-25,one active peptide was isolated from earthworm.This antibacterial peptide exibited antibacterial antivity to several bacteria and fungi.and displayed high thermostability.This antibacterial peptide can increase immune activity and has high ability in inhibiting ACE activity.
