荞麦花粉多糖的提取工艺及抗氧化性能研究 被引量:11

The extracting technology and antioxidation of polysaccharides from buckwheak bee pollen

摘要 以水提醇沉法从荞麦蜂花粉中提取可溶性多糖,采用单因素和正交试验确定多糖提取的最佳工艺条件;通过对邻苯三酚碱性自氧化体系和H2O2/Fe2+体系体外研究荞麦花粉多糖对氧化反应的影响,评价多糖的抗氧化性能。结果表明,荞麦蜂花粉多糖最佳提取工艺为提取温度90℃、提取时间5h、料液比(m/v)1:20、pH为8.0;此工艺条件下多糖平均得率为2.52%。此多糖对O2-.和.OH具有一定的清除作用,当多糖浓度为3.5mg/mL时,对O2-.自由基的清除率为39.41%,是同浓度Vc的0.4倍,对.OH自由基的清除率为65.23%,是同浓度Vc的0.66倍。表明荞麦蜂花粉多糖具有一定的抗氧化性但不及Vc。 Polysaccharides were extracted from buckwheak bee pollen by method of hot water and ethanol deposition.The optimal condition was determined by the single factor and the orthogonal experiments.The antioxidation property was appraised by 1,2,3-benzenetriol auto-oxidation in alkalinity and H2O2/Fe2+ systems.The results indicated that the optional extracting condition of polysaccharides from buckwheak bee pollen was 90 ℃ for temperature,5 h for extracting time,1:20 for the ratio of material and extracting solvent(m/v) and pH for 8.0;The buckwheat pollen polysaccharide has a certain role of removal O2-· and ·OH,and the rate of 39.41% to scavenge O2-· equal to 0.4 times of Vc and the rate of 65.23% to scavenge ·OH equal to 0.66 times of Vc were obtained when 3.5 mg/mL for the concentration of buckwheat pollen polysaccharide and Vc were u sed,which indicated buckwheat pollen polysaccharide has certain antioxidation property but less than Vc.
