摘要 羟基酪醇具有抗氧化性、抗血小板聚集、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗癌和抗菌等多种生物活性,将被广泛运用到食品、保健品、化妆品和医疗等行业,其需求量逐年增加。通过介绍国外关于从天然植物中分离纯化羟基酪醇的研究进展,探究国内生产天然羟基酪醇的可行性,为国内天然植物生产企业及研究人员提供参考。 Hydroxytyrosol will allow its potential application in food,health care products,as well as cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries and so on because of the bioactivity of antioxidant,inhibiting platelet aggregation,antiatherosclerosis,anticancer and antimicrobial activity etc,and the demand is increaseing year by year.This paper explorated the feasibility of the production in our country by introducing the study and research progress of extraction and purification of the hydroxytyrosol,provided the reference value for the enterprises which were produced depending on the natural plants and the researchers inland.
