摘要
为了研究从菠菜中提取叶绿体的效率,采用了两步差速离心法进行提取,对叶绿体的萃取条件进行了优化,并考察了不同提取方法对叶绿体的溶解性、稳定性和脱除亚硫酸盐的活性的影响。实验结果表明,新型菠菜洗净嫩化后加入2倍质量的蒸馏水匀浆过滤,在200×g低速离心10min后,再10000×g高速离心处理20min,经冷冻干燥后得到样品,得率可达3.90%,SO2的清除率可达90%。
Extracting chloroplast from spinach in this study with two-step centrifugation method was studied,and applied to remove sulfite from sodium bisulfate.Experimental results indicate that when ejuvenated fresh spinach is homogenated with twice the weight of water,and centifugated at 200×g and 10000×g respectively,and than lyophilizated,the yield of cholorplast will reach 3.90%.The chloroplast has 90% catalytic removal effiency of SO2.
