摘要
目的:通过对微生物实验室参加FEPAS比对能力验证计划实施及结果分析,了解国际间微生物检测整体水平,探讨提高能力验证工作有效控制方法和措施。方法:采用传统生理生化鉴定方法和VITEK全自动微生物鉴定系统相结合的办法,充分考虑检测过程中可能影响结果的因素,对目标微生物进行准确的定量或定性。结果:所采用的方法能准确检测样品中的目标菌,8项FEPAS比对能力验证计划均获得满意成绩。结论:FEPAS比对能力验证计划结果反应了各参加实验室微生物检测能力和水平。积极参与FEPAS比对能力验证计划对提高微生物实验室整体检测水平的提升具有重要的促进作用。
Objective:The international holistic levels of microbial inspection were found out and the efficient quality control measures in performance assessment were discussed through the implementing of these proficiency testing project and analysis of the result.Methods:The target organism were separated and authenticated by the traditional identification methods combined with VITEK identification system qualitatively or quantitatively,depending on consideration of uncertain factors.Results:Using these methods,the target organisms in given samples were determined accurately and our lab accomplished with satisfactory results.Conclusion:It shows that the microorganism detection capability of our lab well meets FEPAS' requirements and has achieved the international level.
