摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定益生元冲剂中水苏糖含量的方法。方法:采用Waters spherisorb5μmNH2(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;乙腈:水(67.5:32.5)为流动相;柱温35℃,流速1.0mL/min,Waters2695-2414示差折光检测器,检测器温度35℃。结果:水苏糖在4.1216~20.6080mg/mL浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,r=0.9995。结论:该方法快速简便,灵敏度高,适用于水苏糖的质量控制。
To establish a HPLC method for determining the concentration of stachyose in Yishengyuan granules.Method:The HPLC was performed on a column of waters spherisorb5 μm NH2(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),held in the oven of 35 ℃.The mobile phase consisted of a degassed mixture of acetonitrile and water(67.5:32.5) with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.Waters 2695-2414 refractive index detector;35 ℃ Results:The calibration curve was linear in the range of 4.1216~20.6080 mg/mL(r=0.9995) for stachyose.Conclusions:The method proves to be quick,simple and sensitive.It could be applied into the quality control of stachyose.
