染料结合法测定稻谷中有效赖氨酸含量

Determination of available lysine by dye binding measurement

用实验室常见的仪器设备—722型电光分光光度计,对染料结合法(DBL法)测定稻谷中有效赖氨酸含量的最适条件进行了摸索。同时将DBL法与氨基酸自动分析仪测定结果进行了比较,二者相关密切。并用DBL法对我国部分地区主要稻谷品种中有效赖氨酸的含量进行了测定。实验证明,DBL法是测定稻谷中有效赖氨酸的最佳方法,它具有快速、简便、经济、无需特殊仪器且能获得满意结果等优点,适合当前我国的技术水平。

In this paper,the optimal condition for measuring the content of virtual lysine in the paddy using the DBL method is explored with the common laboratory equipment（722）.The result of the DBL method is compared with that of the amino-acid auto analyzer,which indicates that the correlation between them are significant.In addition,the content of virtual lysine in the main kinds of the paddy from some areas of China was also measured using the DBL method.The results of the experiments illustrated that the DBL method is the best way to measure the content of the virtual lysine in the paddy.It is fast,simple,economic,and does not need special equipment to obtain the proper results.It is suitable to the current domestic technical merit.
