摘要
以新疆和田玉枣为原料,研究了和田玉枣中cAMP的分析检测方法,结果表明:高效液相色谱法是分析检测和田玉枣中cAMP的有效方法,色谱条件为:流动相为甲醇-水-冰乙酸(10:90:0.10);检测波长为257.00nm。分析组分的定性试验中,采用保留时间法定性,相关系数R2=0.9998,精密度试验中变异系数RSD=0.6389%;稳定性试验中变异系数RSD=1.2464%;重现性试验中变异系数RSD=0.1177%;回收率试验中,cAMP的平均回收率为99.57%,变异系数RSD=0.7100%。
Hetian Jade jujuba is used as the major raw material,study the methods of analysing cAMP from Hetian jade jujuba,The test result indicates that the HPLC is the effective way,chromatographic condition of mensurating the cAMP in Hetian Jade jujuba by PHLC as follows:CH3OH-water-acetic acid(10:90︰0.10,v/v/v) as the mobile phase,detected wavelength was 257.0 nm and at room temperature.The method of keep-time is used during the dimethylglyoxime test of analysing,correlation coefficient R2=0.9998;during the precision coefficient of variation RSD=0.6389%,during stability test coefficient of variation RSD=1.2464%,during reproducibility experiment coefficient of variation RSD=0.1177%;during the recovery test,the average recovery of cAMP is 99.57%,Coefficient of variation RSD=0.7100%.
