摘要
目的分析职业性放射从业者在低剂量外照射下染色体畸变的情况。方法通过对深圳市部分放射从业者染色体畸变情况及其相关因素进行分析。结果放射组的细胞畸变率为1.93%,对照组为0.85%,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。其中放射组的无着丝粒畸变率、染色体畸变细胞率、单体型畸变率等指标均高于对照组(P<0.01)。对不同人群染色体畸变率进行比较发现,仅工龄、每周工作时间与染色体畸变率有关。结论长期职业性小剂量外照射是染色体畸变的危险因素,有必要做好职业放射防护工作。
[Objective]To analyze the chromosomal aberrations of radiation workers under low-dose external radiation.[Methods]The chromosome aberration and related factors in some radiation practitioners in Shenzhen City were analyzed.[Results]The rate of aberrant cells was significantly different(P0.01) between the radiation group(1.93%) and the control group(0.85%).In the radiation group,indexes such as non-dicentric chromosome aberration,cell aberration,chromatid aberration were significantly higher(P0.05) than those in the control group(P0.01).Through the comparison of chromosome aberration in different population,only service length and working hours of each week related with chromosome aberration.[Conclusion]Long-term low-dose radiation exposure is the risk factor of the chromosome aberration.It is necessary to run occupational radiation protection well.
