广州市海珠区2005—2010年公共场所卫生状况分析

Analysis on Health Status of Public Places in Haizhu District of Guangzhou City during 2005-2010

目的了解2005—2010年广州市海珠区公共场所卫生状况,为加强公共场所卫生管理提供科学依据。方法依照《公共场所卫生监测技术规范)、《公共场所卫生标准检验方法》、《公共场所卫生标准》和《公共场所用品卫生标准》,对2005—2010年全区6 223家次各种类型的公共场所的监测资料进行分析。结果监测空气样本11 926个,合格率71.84%;公共卫生用品30 612个,合格率96.67%。公共交通等候室空气的合格率最高,医院候诊室最低。风速的合格率最高,照度的合格率最低。美发美容店的卫生用品合格率最高,文化娱乐场所卫生用品合格率最低。2006、2009年海珠区公共场所空气监测合格率高于黄埔区,2005、2010年黄埔区高于海珠区,差异均有统计学意义。结论应不断加强公共场所通风消毒保洁工作,保证公共场所卫生。

[Objective]To learn the health status of public places in Haizhu district of Guangzhou city during 2005-2010,provide the scientific basis for strengthening the health management of public places.[Methods]According to the Rules of health monitoring for public places,Standard testing methods in public place,Hygienic standards for public place and Hygienic standards of articles in public place,the monitoring data of 6 223 public places with various types from 2005 to 2010 were analyzed.[Results]11 926 air samples were tested,and the qualified rate was 71.84%.30 612 samples of public articles were tested,and the qualified rate was 96.67%.The qualified rate of air in waiting rooms of public transport was the highest,and that in waiting rooms of hospital was the lowest.The qualified rate of wind speed was the highest,and that of illumination was the lowest.The qualified rate of hygienic articles in hair and beauty salons was the highest,and that in entertainment places was the lowest.The qualified rates of air in public places of Haizhu district were higher than that of Huangpu district in 2006 and 2009,qualified rates of air in public places of Huangpu district were higher than that of Haizhu district in 2005 and 2010,and the differences were significant.[Conclusion]In order to ensure the public health,it is necessary to strengthen the ventilation,disinfection and cleaning in public places.
