摘要 胸片或CT上发现孤立性肺结节并不少见,随着螺旋CT的普及和其他影像学检查手段的应用,小结节的检出率越来越多,而对其进行定性诊断和鉴别,一直是胸部影像学的重点和难点。笔者对近年来关于孤立性肺结节的影像诊断及评价。相关文献及病例报道予以综述。
