利用树枝栽培香菇的研究

STUDIES ON THE CULTIVATION OF THE SHIITAKE (Lentinus edodes)WITH BRANCHES

将直径3cm以上的大树枝切成30cm长,以菌饼接种;小树枝切断,填入木屑米糠混合的塑料袋中栽培香菇.结果表明,生物效率分别为17.8%和69.1%,经济效益相当于人造菇木.

This paper presents the cultivating technique of the Shiitake(Lentinus edodes) with branches of trees. The author has tested the main branch in diameter above 3 cm, they are cut into logs 30 cm, by pure culture biscuits involving inoculation, the small branches of trees are cut, then put into the middle of plastic bage of sawdust mixed with bran cultivation of Shiitake. Results are as follows: 17.8% and 69.1% biological efficiency, economical profit and effect equal to artificial Mushroom-lignin.
