摘要
目的探讨体外膜肺氧合在心肺功能衰竭患者中的应用进展和护理方法。方法对4例心脏病术后出现低氧血症、心肺功能衰竭的患者使用体外膜肺氧合。护士在此过程中严密监测生命体征、呼吸系统、循环系统和对并发症的预防护理。结果 4例患者全部成功撤机,痊愈出院。结论体外膜肺氧合整个运行过程中严密的监护和对并发症的预防护理是体外膜肺氧合成功的关键。
[Objective]To investigate the application progress and nursing methods of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation in patients with cardiopulmonary failure. [Methods]4 heart disease patients with postoperative hypoxemia and cardiopulmonary failure were treated with extracorporeal membrane oxygenation.During the process,nurses closely monitored the vital signs,respiratory system and circulatory system,and the preventive care for complication was conducted. [Results]All of 4 patients had been weaned successfully,and were discharged after recovery. [Conclusion]The careful monitoring and preventive care for complication in whole process of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation is the key to successful extracorporeal membrane oxygenation.
