摘要
针对涂敷砂人工井壁防砂注蒸汽后强度较低,造成防砂成功率低,有效期较短的问题,通过对不同类型的耐高温树脂、高强度骨架颗粒、偶联剂、固化剂进行优选及加量调整,研制出了一种适用于疏松砂岩油藏注蒸汽热采井的JD-2新型热采井防砂材料。结果表明:在330℃1、5.6 MPa、pH值为8的水蒸汽条件下J,D-2注蒸汽井新型防砂材料恒温7 d,抗折强度大于3.0 MPa,渗透率大于30μm2。现场试验13口井,成功率为92.8%,单井平均有效期为347 d。
After steam injection,the artificial borehole wall coated with sand would become less strengthened and lead to low success rate and short valid period of sand control.A new JD-2 sand control material has been developed for thermal recovery wells in unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs through optimization and dosage adjustment of high temperature resistant resin,high strength matrix particle,coupling agent and curing agent.Under steam conditions of 330℃,15.6MPa and pH=8,the JD-2 sand control material can withstand for 7days with bending strength over 3.0 MPa and permeability over 30 μm2.Field tests have been conducted in 13 wells with a success ratio of 92.7% and average effective period of 347days/well.
