摘要 利用表面活性剂的增溶和分散作用,将十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)用于造纸污泥脱水试验。研究表明:CTAB单独投加剂量为干污泥的5%时,污泥的沉降性能良好;当投加量为干污泥的10%时,污泥最终含水率降低至69.61%,比空白样的含水率降低了14.85%。采用CTAB和阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)复合作用,在100mL污泥中先加入干污泥量5%的CTAB,再加入8mgCPAM,可以使污泥的沉降性能和脱水性能进一步提高,污泥的含水率将降低17.60%,比单独投加时又降低了2.75个百分点。 Because the surfactant can increase soluble and dispersion of the slurry system and destroy its surface's structure, the cationic surfactant CTAB was used in the papermaking sludge dewatering test. The study showed that when the dosage was 5% of dry sludge, the sludge settling performance was perfect; when 10% of dry sludge, the final moisture content of sludge would be reduced by 14.75% to 69.61%, compared with nothing was used. Combined with the role of CTAB and CPAM, firstly dose CTAB at 5% of the dry sludge into the slurry system, then 8mg CPAM added, a good result could be draw: the sludge dewatering properties and settlement could be significantly improved, and the moisture content of sludge reduced to 67.36%, it was abviously reduced by 17.60%, lower 2.75 percentage points than used the cationic surfactant CTAB alone.
