中国西部地区土地集约利用评价研究——以昆明市为例 被引量:7

Evaluation of intensive land use in Western China——a case study of Kunming City

摘要 城市土地的集约利用对经济和社会的发展有着重要的作用。本文以昆明市主城区为例,借鉴国内外经验分析得出土地集约利用评价的指标体系。综合主成分分析法,熵值法以及多因素综合评价法,对昆明市主城区2000年到2006年土地集约利用度进行计算。研究表明,昆明市主城区土地集约利用度逐年升高,但整体集约利用水平较低。并通过对结果进行讨论,提出相关的对策来提高昆明市土地集约利用水平。 The intensive use of urban land is veldt important to environmental and economic development of local cities. Firstly, taking Kunming city for example, this paper analyzed the experiences of evaluation index system at home and abroad for intensive use of urban land. And then, the intensive use of Kunming urban land during the period from 2000 to 2006 was evaluated based on the methods of the principal component analysis and entropy value. The result showed that the intensive use of Kumming urban land took characteristics of low level, although intensive use level increased every year during the period. Finally, the result was discussed carefully, and some countermeasures to improve the intensive use of urban land were put forward.
