A geographical event-based spatiotemporal data model and its application in land use

摘要 本文通过分析基于位置和基于对象的空间数据表达方法的特点,顾及与空间相关的属性与地理实体空间特征之间的相依关系,将"地理事件"引入模型,提出一种顾及"隐含"地理事件和"显式"地理事件的时空数据模型(GESTDM模型)。本文提出的模型能够同时提供基于位置、基于对象和基于时间的时空表达和查询功能。将该模型应用于土地利用领域,取得了较好的效果。 By analyzing the respective characters of field-based method and object-based method of spatial objects, considering the relationshi Pof space-correlated attributes and the spatial character of geographical entities, a Geographical Event-based Spatiotemporal Data Model ( GESTDM ) was proposed in the paper. In the model, explicit geographical event and implicit geographical event were considered. Changes based on field ( space-correlated attributes ) were considered as explicit events, which are the ' causes' of change, describing part spatial change of geographical entity. Whole spatial change of the geographical entity which caused by explicit events were called implicit events, which are the ' resuks' of change, depicting the change based on object that caused by all partial spatial changes occurred on the entity. In the GESTDM model, the functions of spatio-temporal visualization and query based on field, object and time were provided. The GESTDM model was applied in the area of Land Use, and a good performance has been achieved.
