摘要
OWS是实现地理空间信息广泛共享与互操作的必然趋势,但目前尚缺乏对地理空间信息服务质量的支持,降低了其被采用与推广的程度。本文提出了支持地理空间信息服务质量的OWS框架,包含Q-GISD与Q-WRS两个核心部分,提供了描述地理空间信息服务质量与基于服务质量的服务发布、发现与选择的能力,并设计与实现了一个基于ebXML开源实现的原型系统。
OWS is the inevitable trend to achieve wide sharing and interoperability of geospatial intormation services, but runs short of the support for quality of geospatial information services. ized. The paper proposed the QoGIS supported OWS (Q-OWS) That situation depresses the degree of OWS being adopted and popular- framework which includes Q-GISD and Q-WRS. Q-ows provided the function of describing Quality of Geospatial Information Services(QoGIS) and publishing, finding, selecting based on QoS. Then, it designed and implemented a prototype system based on open source implementation of ebXML.
