摘要
为了解烤烟在成熟过程中叶面腺毛分泌物动态形成规律,选取中国主栽品种K 326和云烟87,利用GC-MS方法测量烟叶分泌物的成分及含量.结果表明,腺毛分泌物主要成分是茄酮、生物碱和西柏三烯二醇,其中生物碱的生成量最大.2个品种腺毛分泌物各物质在成熟过程中的变化趋势并不完全相同,茄酮生成量表现为双峰曲线,生物碱生成量表现出先升高再降低的趋势,2个烤烟品种各部位西柏三烯二醇生成量变化趋势并不一致.其他物质生成量均表现为先降低再升高,然后再降低的变化趋势.腺毛分泌物总生成量表现出先升高再降低的趋势.
To learn law of dynamic formation of trichome exudates on the foliar during the maturity of flue-cured tobacco,the experiment selected K 326 and Yunyan 87 as test materials,of which trichome exudates were measured by gas chromatograph(GC-MS).The results showed that the main components of trichome exudates were alkaloids,cembrenoids and solanone,alkaloids formation amount was the biggest.Each material change trend on trichome exudates of two varieties were not identical during maturity of flue-cured tobacco.Solanone formation amount was bimodal curve,and alkaloids formation amount increased at first and then decreased.Cembrenoids formation amount on each part of two varieties didn't change in the same trend.Other materials formation amount decreased first,then increased and fell again.The total trichome exudates formation amount increased first then decreased.
