摘要
以GC18型挖掘机偏转机构为研究对象,用Pro/Engineer建立了挖掘机的偏转机构的三维模型,并进行了模拟装配和有限元分析.针对偏转机构2个典型的工况位置的应力和变形,采用有限元法进行了计算分析,计算出2个工况下应力分布和变形,为有限元法在小型挖掘机设计上的应用提供了参考.
The design of the deflection mechanism of GC18 excavator was studied in this paper.The three-dimensional model of the deflection mechanism was established with Pro/Engineer,and some simulation assemble and finite-element analysis which was used to calculate the stress and transformation of two typical working positions on the deflection mechanism.The conclusion serves to provide technical references to the design of a new excavator model.
