费约果果实发育过程中抗氧化物质含量与相关酶活性的关系 被引量:2

Relationship between antioxidants and related enzyme activities during Feijoa fruit growth and development

摘要 以费约果Coolidge果实为材料,研究了果实发育过程中总黄酮(TF)、总酚(TP)、抗坏血酸(氧化型DHAsA和还原型AsA)、谷胱甘肽(氧化型GSSG和还原型GSH)含量与相关酶活性的变化及其相互关系。结果表明,在整个果实发育过程中,TF、TP和谷胱甘肽的积累相互促进,存在极显著正相关,其含量在10月30日达到最大,分别为9.74 mg.g-1,10.41 mg.g-1和0.20 mg.g-1(总谷胱甘肽),同时三者的含量与多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性也存在极显著的正相关,其相关系数分别为r=0.934(P<0.01),r=0.900(P<0.01)和r=0.901(P<0.01);另外,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、愈创木酚过氧化物(G-POD)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(AsA-POD)活性在果实发育过程中下降趋势,其活性与4种抗氧化成分含量存在一定的负相关。 Feijoa(Feijoa sellowiana Berg.cv Coolidge) fruits were used to study the contents of total flavonoids(TF),total phenolics(TP),ascorbic acid(Ascorbate、Dehydrascrbate),glutathion(Glutathione,Oxidased glutathione) and related enzyme activities during growth and development.The results showed that the anabolism of TF,TP and glutathion were promoted one another and their maximum were found on October 30.The max value was 9.74 mg· g-1,10.41 mg·g-1 and 0.20 mg·g-1,respectively.Simultaneity,the contents of TF,TP and glutathion were accumulated with polyphenoloxidase(PPO) activity during fruit development and the correlation coefficient was r=0.934(P0.01),r=0.900(P0.01) and r=0.901(P0.01),respectively.In addition,the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),guaiacol peroxidase(G-POD) and ascorbate peroxidase(AsA-POD) were descended during fruit growth and development,and the negative correlation was present between these enzymes and antioxidant(TF,TP,Ascorbate,Glutathione).
