摘要
采用ELISA法比较了杧果病、健幼茎中4种激素(IAA、ZR、GA3和ABA)含量的差异,同时从解剖学角度探讨了杧果畸形病的致病机理。结果表明,在畸形幼茎中,4种激素的含量明显高于杧果的健康组织,其中以GA3含量差异最大,是健康组织的5.14倍,其次为IAA,ZR和ABA,分别是对照的3.03、1.77、和1.74倍。病健幼茎中解剖结构也存在明显差异,主要表现为病茎皮层薄壁细胞增多,韧皮纤维丰富,木质导管分化少、孔径较小,出现枝迹与叶迹,髓部细胞伸长受抑制,体积约为健康组织的1/4。
In order to explore the pathogenesis of mango malformation,ELISA was used for measuring the endogenous hormones,including IAA,ZR,GA3 and ABA,and paraffin section was conducted for comparing anatomical structure between malformed stems and the health.The results showed that the hormones in malformed stems were 3.03,1.77,5.14 and 1.74 times higher than the health respectively.The anatomical structure characteristic was different.In malformed stems,parenchyma cells in cortex and phloem fiber were more,but vessel and diameter were less.The branch and leaf trace also existed in internodes.The cells in marrow were a quarter of the control.
