摘要 分析高职院校学生英语学习面临的问题及其形成的原因。探讨在英语课堂中激发学生学习兴趣和动力的举措:分英语等级教学;创设轻松和谐的课堂氛围;注重课程导入方式多元化;鼓励学生,关注学生情感;改革传统的考核方式和完善师资力量并提高教师素质等。 This paper analyses the problems existing in college English learning and the causes of these problems.It introduces methods of stimulating students' motivation and interest in learning English at college: carrying out English teaching according to different grades,cultivating a relaxed and harmonious class atmosphere,lead-in class in different ways,encouraging the students,paying attention to the students' emotion,reforming the traditional test methods,improving the teaching staff and improving the teachers' quality.
