同步X射线散射技术研究γ射线辐照后PTFE的结构变化 被引量:1

Structural changes of irradiated PTFE studied by synchrotron X-ray scattering

摘要 利用γ射线辐照聚四氟乙烯(PTFE),用差示扫描量热法结合同步辐射小角X射线散射技术和广角散射技术研究辐照PTFE的结构变化。研究了辐照PTFE的颗粒尺寸、结晶度、界面厚度层参数、致密程度随剂量的变化规律。结果表明:室温条件下,γ射线辐照的PTFE主要发生裂解。随剂量的增加,试样的熔点及结晶焓增加、颗粒尺寸变小,内部结构更致密,结晶度增加。辐照后PTFE的分形形貌差别不大,具有"自相似"性。 tructural changes in γ-ray irradiated polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) were studied by synchrotron radiation X-ray scattering technique and differential scanning calorimetry.Changes in particle size,crystallinity,thickness of transition layer parameter and compactness of the irradiated PTFE were analyzed.The results show that because of the radiation degradation of PTFE,the crystalline enthalpy,melting point and crystallinity increased with the dose,while the particle size decreased and the inner structure became more compact with increasing doses.The irradiated PTFE has self-similarity.
