It is a significant factor for a harmonious society to construct a harmonious stable enterprise working relationship.And it has a deep tie with the staff＇s interest.We should grasp the joint of constructing the harmonious working relationship.We should play the roles of publicizing,adjusting,participating and supervising to promote the development of enterprise and to achieve greater staff＇s interest.
