摘要
劳动争议案件起诉时效,是实际工作中常被弄错的一个法律概念。人们往往把劳动争议的仲裁申请时效,看成是起诉时效,结果许多案件在程序上得不到应有支持。在对劳动争议起诉时效无法律明确规定的情况下,应综合各方面情况,适用民事案件的起诉时效。
Limitation of actions of working dispute is a legal concept which is apt to be misunderstood.People often regard the limitation of applied arbitration as the limitation of actions of working dispute.It leads to lack of supporting in many cases.We should apply the limitation of civil cases to it when there is no specific law about limitation of actions of working dispute.
