α-三氧化二铝超微粒粒度的研究

INVESTIGATION OF α-Al_2O_3 ULTRAFINE PARTICLE SIZE

用透射电子显微镜(TEM)分析了铵铝碳酸盐热分解法和氯乙醇法制备的α-三氧化二铝超微粒的平均粒度及其粒度分布规律,从实验数据和分布曲线近似得出了对数理论分布曲线,比较了两种不同化学方法制备的α-三氧化二铝超微粒在粒度分布上的特点.

In this paper, it was investigated that-the mean size and size distributive rule of a-Al2O3 ultrafine particle. The particle were produced with two chemical methods. From experimental data and distributive curve, the approximate Log-normal theoretical distributive curve was got. The authors analysied the differentiations of two kinds a-Al2O3 ultrafine particle on the size distribution.
