摘要
目的探讨结直肠癌组织中Ki67,CK20,CEA的表达与结直肠癌组织学类型,Ducks分期及分级关系。方法应有免疫组织化学方法研究60肠癌组织中Ki67,CK20和CEA的表达情况。结果癌组织CK20的表达与Ki67的关系密切,CK20表达强度随Ki67表达强度的增强而增强。不同分期及不同分化的腺癌,CK20的表达强度均有显著差异,随分期的增加或腺癌分化程度的降低,但Ki67与肿瘤的分期及分级并无相关性。CEA的血液浓度随着i67,CK20的表达增高而增高。结论 Ki67与CK20的表达和血液中的CEA浓度3者之间有很强的相关性,联合检测癌组织Ki67,CK20和血液中CEA高表达对鉴别大肠良恶性病变,提示肿瘤恶性程度高低、转移等生物学特性及预后较单独检测更有实用价值。
Objective To investigate the expression of Ki67,CK20,CEA in colorectal carcinoma,and explore the relationship with the clinical pathlogic and the Ducks stage in coloractal carcinoma.Methods The expressions of Ki67,CK20 and CEA in coloractal carcinoma in 60 patients were detected by immunohistochemical method.Results The level of the expression of Ki67 increased with the level of the expression of CK20.The expression level of CK20 was different in different grades and different differentiation stages.But the same result was not observed in Ki67.The level of the expression of CEA increased with the level of the expression of CK20 and Ki67.Conclusion There is a strong correlation in CEA,Ki67 and CK20.Detecting Ki67 combined with CK20 and CEA is more valuable to different benign or malignant colorectal lesions,pathologic grade of the tumors,metastasis and detecting them alone
