世界卫生组织基本药物遴选原则的进展研究

Development of Essential Medicines Selection Principles of WHO

目的:为我国基本药物的遴选和调整提供参考。方法:通过查阅世界卫生组织(WHO)系列技术报告,运用文献研究和比较研究方法进行分析。结果:WHO基本药物示范目录的遴选原则经多次补充完善,使得基本药物的遴选由经验决策转变为循证决策,剂型和规格更加规范,修订后的目录修订程序更加符合循证、公正和透明的原则。结论:我国应借鉴WHO的经验,完善符合我国国情的基本药物目录遴选和调整原则,完善基本药物制度体系。

OBJECTIVE： To put forward some suggestions for the selection and revision of essential medicines in China. METHODS： Reviewed WHO series technical reports, literatures study and comparison method was adopted. RESULTS： The selec- tion criteria for WHO Model List of Essential Medicines had been revised for several times, which made the selection of essential medicines change from experience-based decisions to evidence-based decision, dosage forms and specification were more standard, the new update and dissemination procedure was more consistent with the evidence-based, transparent and justice principle. CON- CLUSION： We should learn from WHO＇s experience, develop our own selection criteria of essential medicines and improve essen- tial medicine system in China.
