摘要
目的:建立测定甲磺酸酚妥拉明滴鼻剂中甲磺酸酚妥拉明含量的方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Hy-p2e7r8s inl mB,D流S速C1为8硅1烷.0键mL合.硅mi胶n-柱1,进,流样动量相为为100μ.2L%,柱甲温酸为-2.255%℃磷。酸结二果氢:钾甲溶磺液酸-酚乙妥腈(拉4明8∶进15样∶3量7,在三0乙.10胺0调4~节0.p6H02至4 4μ.g0)范,检围测内波与长峰面为积积分值线性关系良好(r=0.999 9);平均回收率为99.69%(n=9,RSD=0.73%)。结论:本法准确、可靠、专属性强,可用于甲磺酸酚妥拉明滴鼻剂的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the method for the content determination of Phentolamine mesylate nasal drops. METH- ODS: RP-HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on Hypersil BDS C18 with mobile phase consisted of 0.2 % formic acid-2.5% potassium dihydrogen phosphate -acetonitrile (48: 15:37, pH adjusted to 4.0 with triethylamine) at flow rate of 1.0 mL.min-l. The detection wavelength was set at 278 nm and injection volume was 10 μL. The column temperature was 25 ~12. RESULTS: The linear range of phentolamine mesylate were 0.100 4~0.602 4 μg (r=0.999 9) with an average recovery, of 99.69% (n=9, RSD=0.73% ). CONCLUSION: The method is reliable, specific and suitable for the quality control of Phentot- amine mesylate nasal drops.
