摘要
目的:观察甲氧氯普胺与4种输液配伍的稳定性。方法:在常温下将甲氧氯普胺分别与0.9%氯化钠注射液、5%葡萄糖注射液、10%葡萄糖注射液、葡萄糖氯化钠注射液配伍,在8 h内观察配伍液的外观、检测配伍液的pH值、微粒计数,用HPLC法测定甲氧氯普胺的含量。结果:与4种输液配伍8 h内甲氧氯普胺含量>97.50%,微粒计数在合格范围,pH值、溶液外观无明显变化。结论:甲氧氯普胺与4种输液在常温下8 h内配伍稳定。
Objective:To study the compatibility of metoclopramide with 4 kinds of infusions.Methods: Metoclopramide was mixed with 4 kinds of infusions(0.9% sodium chloride injection,5% glucose injection,10% glucose injection,glucose and sodium chloride injection).The content of metoclopramide was determined by HPLC method.The changes of particle count and pH value of the solution were measured,and appearance of the solutions was observed at room temperature within 8 h.Results: The content of metoclopramide in 4 kinds of infusions retained more than 97.50% of the initial levels within 8 h.The appearance and particle count were in the qualified range.The pH values had no apparent changes.Conclusion: Metoclopramide is shown to be stable in 4 infusions within 8 h at room temperature.
