光纤表面制备NaY型沸石膜研究

摘要 对于目前在光纤表面制备NaY型沸石膜的难点进行了阐述,提出在凝胶中添加表面活性剂的原位水热晶化法制备NaY型沸石膜,实验结果显示,阳离子型表面活性剂能够促进NaY型沸石在光纤表面成膜。另外,对其作用机理进行了初步分析。 There are challenging issues about synthesis of NaY zeolite membrane on fiber surface. Adding surfactants into the gel to synthesis NaY zeolite membrane are carried out. The results suggest positive ion surfactants could enhance the zeolite membrane. In addition, the mechanism is introduced briefly.
