一种用于染料敏化太阳能电池的插层磷酸锆复合凝胶电解质

摘要 介绍了一种新型的应用于染料敏化太阳能电池的插层磷酸锆复合凝胶电解质。磷酸锆通过插层反应使其层间距增大到2.04nm,然后加入到聚氧化乙烯(PEO)凝胶中得到复合凝胶电解质。插层磷酸锆的添加极大地提高了电解质在常温下的离子电导率和离子扩散系数。由该凝胶电解质组装的染料敏化太阳能电池获得了6.61%的光转化效率(AM1.5G100mw·cm^-2 25℃)。 Present a new intercalated zirconium phosphate composite gel electrolyte for dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSC). The spacing of zirconium phosphate reached to 2.04 nm with intercalated reaction, and the composite gel electrolyte was obtained by adding the Zirconium phosphate into polyethlene oxide (PEO) polymer. The ionic electrical conductivity and diffusion coefficient of the the electrolyte was improved by adding intercalated zirconium phosphate at room temperature. The DSSC with 5 wt% ZrP-BA-PC addition into the polymer electrolyte obtained the maximum photovoltaic conversion efficiency of 6.61% (AM 1.5G 100 mW cm^-2 25℃)
