摘要
对大叶桉叶面积测定的4种方法进行了比较研究,结果表明:不同测定方法测出的结果有显著差异(p<0.05),测量方法的精确度由高到低依次为:回归分析法、叶面积仪器法、方格计数法和系数法。在回归分析法中,以叶长×叶宽为自变量的一元直线回归方程相关系数高达0.9970,与叶面积有极显著的正相关。回归分析法是大叶桉叶面积测定的一种最佳的准确无损测量方法。
The four methods by which leaf area of Eucalyptus Robusta was measured were compared.The result showed that leaf area of Eucalyptus Robusta was obviously different（p0.05） by 4 different measuring methods.Order of accuracy form high to low was regression equation method,instrument method,square method and coefficient method.The result of the regression test was that the independent variable of linear regression equation was the product of multiplying length by width and its correlation coefficient R was up to 0.9970.There was significantly positive correlation with leaf area.Regression equation method was the best and accurate method used in measuring leaf area without inflicting damage to leaves.
