踝关节后踝骨折内固定治疗的疗效分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的分析探讨内固定治疗踝关节后踝骨折的临床效果。方法收集2005年10月至2010年12月期间踝关节后踝骨折患者共26例,采用微创空心螺钉内固定法治疗,并对其疗效进行分析。结果术后随访时间为11个月至67个月,平均随访时间为23.4个月。所有病例骨折均获得骨性愈合,临床愈合时间为10~16周,平均愈合时间为13.2周。根据疗效评定标准,其中优15例,良8例,可2例,差1例,优良率为88.46%。结论采用微创空心螺钉内固定法治疗踝关节后踝骨折符合生物力学要求,且该手术操作简单、创伤小、恢复快,是治疗踝关节后踝骨折较为理想的方式。 Objective To study the effectiveness of internal fixation in treatment of posterior ankle fractures.Methods The clinical data of 26 cases of posterior ankle fractures treated with minimally invasive cannulated screw fixation in this hospital during October 2005 to December 2010 were collected and analyzed for its efficacy after treatment.Results The postoperative follow-up period was 11 to 67 months with an average of 23.4 months,all patients received healing of bone fracture,and healing time was 10~16 weeks with an average of 13.2 weeks.According to the criteria for evaluation,excellent result was seen in 15 cases,good in 8,fair in 2,poor in 1 case with excellent and good rate of 88.46%.Conclusion Minimally invasive fixation with hollow screw for treatment of posterior ankle fractures can fulfill the requirements of ankle biomechanical compliance,and the procedure for operation is simple and minimally invasive with quick recovery,so it is an ideal way for treatment of posterior ankle fractures.
