新生儿医院感染趋势及预防控制措施

Trend of nosocomial infection in neonates and measures of prevention and control

目的探讨新生儿医院感染的发展趋势和预防控制措施。方法回顾性分析2005-2010年,新生儿病区医院感染发生情况,每2年作比较,分析其发展趋势,并针对原因提出重点预防控制措施。结果新生儿医院感染发展趋势是感染率逐年下降,分别是4.14%、2.49%、2.02%,93例医院感染患儿中,早产儿占多数且有逐年增加的趋势,分别是57.14%、60.00%、64.28%;血行感染和下呼吸道感染逐年有所增加。结论不断加强新生儿病房管理,医务人员管理,重点加强新生儿基础护理,血行感染管理和呼吸道感染管理,能有效降低新生儿医院感染率。

OBJECTIVE To discuss the development trend of neonatal hospital infection and prevention and control measures. METHODS The status of nosocomial infections in neonatal occurred during 2005-2010 was retrospectively analyzed, the development trend was analyzed by every two years in comparison, and the preventive and control measures were proposed. RESULTS The development trend of nosocomial infections in neonates was that the infection rates was decreased year by year, which were 4. 14%, 2. 49% and 2. 02%, respectively. Of 93 cases of neonates with infection, the premature were the majority and were increased year by year, which were 57.14%, 60.00% and 64.28%, respectively; blood line infection and lower respiratory tract infection were increased year by year. CONCLUSION To constantly strengthen the management of neonatal ward, the medical personnel, and blood line infection, respiratory tract infection, and the basic nursing for the neonates in particularly can effectively reduce the nosocomial infection rate of the neonates.
