摘要
采用盆栽方法,研究了白桦、落叶松根、枝、叶浸提液对1年生白桦(Betula platyphylla)和落叶松(Larixgmelini)苗木生物量及其分配的影响。结果表明:质量浓度为0.05 g/mL的落叶松枝浸提液处理,使白桦苗木总生物量提高24.0%(p<0.05),同时显著提高了白桦苗木根、叶的生物量积累、根质量比和根冠比(p<0.05)。白桦枝、叶浸提液、落叶松枝浸提液使落叶松苗木总生物量分别提高17.4%、16.8%和23.9%(p<0.05);白桦叶浸提液显著提高了落叶松根生物量、根质量比和根冠比(p<0.05)。白桦、落叶松根、枝。
An experiment was conducted to study the effects of water extracts from roots, twigs and foliage of birch and larch on biomass accumulation and allocation of one-year-old birch and larch seedlings by pot culture. The water extracts (0.05 g/ mL) from birch foliage and larch twigs increased the total biomass of birch seedlings by 7.9% and 24.0% (p〈0.05) , respectively. The water extract from larch twigs significantly increased root and leaf biomass, root mass ratio and root top ratio (RTR) of birch seedlings (p〈0.05). The water extracts from birch twigs, foliage and larch twigs increased the total biomass of larch seedlings by 17.4% , 16.8% and 23.9% (p〈0.05) , respectively. The water extracts from birch foliage significantly increased the biomass of larch stem, root mass ratio and RTR, (p〈0.05). The water extracts from roots, twigs and foliage of birch and larch had significant effects on the biomass accumulation and allocation of both birch and larch seedlings, indicating allelopathy effect between the two tree species.
