国内近年来民间组织与服务型政府建设研究

Review of Recent Studies on NGO and Construction of Service-oriented Governments

构建公共服务型政府是当前我国政府改革的方向和目标,民间组织可以对构建服务型政府起到重要作用,民间组织与服务型政府建设研究是具有很强现实性和重大意义的课题。因此,有必要对近年来我国民间组织与服务型政府建设的研究文献进行收集、梳理和总结,就理论探讨和经验研究两个方面进行归纳综述,并对进一步开展研究提出思考。

The current direction and goals of Chinese government＇s reform is to build a public service-oriented government, in which NGO could play an important role. Therefore, the research on NGO and construction of service-oriented governments is highly practical and important. Based on collecting, summarizing and analyzing the domestic articles about NGO and construction of service-oriented governments in recent years, the paper reviews the studies on NGO and construction of service-oriented governments from two aspects in theoretical exploration and empirical research, and proposes some ideas for further research on this issue.
