中国走向贸易强国的新战略——马克思国际价值理论中国化探索 被引量:12

China's New Strategy towards Trade Power——Exploration on Sinicizing International Value Theory of Marx

摘要 经过改革开放三十年的奋斗,中国已经成为贸易大国,今后三十年的主要任务是如何从贸易大国走向贸易强国,即实现贸易强国是我国今后努力奋斗的新战略目标。为了实现这一新的战略目标,依据马克思国际价值理论并立足于中国实际,笔者进一步提出互利共赢开放战略、"五外"和谐新战略、"科技兴贸"战略和"两洋"战略等四大战略,探讨各个战略的内涵、理论基础、基本要求及现实意义等。 After reform and opening up for three decades, China has become a big trade nation, and the main task of the next thirty years is to move forward from a trade nation to a trade power. Namely, it is China's new strategic objective to develop into a trade power, for which China should struggle from now on. Based on Marx's international value theory and China's current situation, this paper proposes four strategies as follows: a win-win opening up strategy; a new strategy of harmonious foreign trade, foreign investment, foreign exchange, foreign loans, and foreign aid; a strategy of invigorating trade through technology; and "two-ocean" strategy. This paper also explores the meaning of each strategy, their theoretical basis, basic requirements, and their respective realistic significance.
