农民工问题是当今中国社会转型期的突出问题,信息化是时代的显著特征。从信息、信息化视角探讨农民工权益保障问题是个值得深入研究的课题。由于信息本身特性、当前传媒市场缺陷、相关主体行动不足等原因致使农民工被排斥在现今中国的信息结构之外,成为信息贫困者。在信息不对称的博弈之下,其权益不仅受到损害而且往往缺乏救济。为此,保障农民工权益的重要途径之一便是通过相关主体的权利义务配置、推动农民工信息服务产业化、构建农民工信息的自愿供给机制等保障农民工获取充分信息,增强其博弈能力。

The issue of migrant workers is an outstanding problem in the era of the transition of Chinese society and informationization is also a significant feature of the times.To probe into the protection of migrant workers＇ rights and interests from the perspective of both information and informationization is really a topic worthy of in-depth study.Due to a variety of reasons such as the character of the information itself,the imperfections of the current media market and the insufficiency of actions by related bodies,migrant workers have been excluded from the present-day China＇s information structure,thereby becoming information-poored.In the gaming under asymmetric information,their rights and interests often not only suffer damages but also lack relief.To this end,one of the important ways to protect the rights and interests of the migrant workers is to allocate rights and obligations of the related bodies,promote the industrialization of information services for the migrant workers and establish the voluntary information supply mechanism pertaining to migrant workers,so as to guarantee migrant workers＇ full access to information and to enhance their gaming ability as well.
