图书馆战略规划文本模型的构建

A Study of Text Model in Library Strategic Planning

战略规划文本是战略规划活动形成的最重要的纲领性文件,其构成要素及其属性特征直接影响着战略计划的执行绩效。本文在战略规划文本相关研究的基础上,通过对国内外图书馆战略规划文本进行调查分析,并结合问卷调查研究,力图从外部特征、体例结构、内容要素三个方面总结适合我国国情的战略规划文本的建构理念与一般模式,以期为我国图书馆战略规划文本的编制提供参考。

The planning text is the most important programmatic document formed by strategic planning activities.The elements and attributes of planning text have a direct effect on the performance of strategic planning.On the basis of studies about strategic planning text,this paper summaries the construction concept and the general mode of strategic planning text from three aspects,namely,the external characteristics,the style structure and the content factors,which are suited to the conditions of China,through analyses and statistics of library strategic planning text at home and abroad,and the conclusion abstracted from the questionnaires survey.
