独一味环烯醚萜苷外用止血作用研究 被引量:15

摘要 目的研究藏药独一味有效部位总环烯醚萜苷外用止血效果。方法采用小鼠断尾出血模型、兔腹主动脉出血模型、兔耳中动脉出血模型和大鼠肝脏组织损伤出血模型,比较淀粉、云南白药、独一味水提物和独一味总环烯醚萜苷的外用止血效果。结果独一味总环烯醚萜苷组断尾出血停止时间为(64.8±25.0)s,独一味水提物组为(97.2±44.0)s,云南白药组为(105.1±65.0)s,淀粉对照组为(124.8±43.2)s。总环烯醚萜苷组平均肝脏损伤出血停止时间为(93.8±39.5)s,独一味水提物组为(101.1±25.9)s,云南白药组为(74.0±26.3)s,淀粉对照组为(152.8±47.1)s。独一味总环烯醚萜苷外用使兔腹主动脉、耳中动脉平均出血时间显著缩短,与淀粉对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而且优于同剂量的云南白药,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。独一味水提物与淀粉对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但止血时间长于总环烯醚萜苷组。结论独一味总环烯醚萜苷外用对小鼠断尾、兔腹主动脉和耳中动脉以及大鼠肝脏止血效果明显,且优于水提物和云南白药。 Objective To study the external hemostatic effect of the components from Herba Lamiophlomis Rotata. Methods The mouse tail-cutting model,abdominal aorta incision,ears artery cutting in rabbits and the experimental model of superficial cut of liver in SD adult rats,were used to evaluate and compare the hemostatic effect by starch,yunnan baiyao powder,L.rotata aqueous extract(LRAE) and the iridoid glycosides extract of L.rotata(IGLR). Results In the tail cut mice model,the bleeding time for IGLR,LRAE,yunnan baiyao powder and starch groups were(64.8±25.0),(97.2±44.0),(105.1±65.0),(124.8±43.2) s,respectively.The average bleeding duration of superficial cut of liver for IGLR group was(93.8±39.5) s,(101.1±25.9) s for LRAE,(74.0±26.3) s for yunnan baiyao powder and(152.8±47.1) s for starch control.The IGIR group had significantly lower bleeding time than the placebo group in the abdominal aorta incision model and ears artery model(P0.01),which was stronger than yunnan baiyao powder(P0.05 or P0.01).Likewise,the LRAE group showed significantly shorter bleeding time than the placebo group(P0.01),but was longer than IGIR group. Conclusion Herba Lamiophlomis Rotata.provides hemostatic effects being applied externally,which is better than LRAE and yunnan baiyao powder.
