旋毛虫病治疗前后虫体变化的研究

Morphological Changes of Encysted Larvae in Trichinosis before and after Therapy with Albendazole

目的：观察旋毛虫病在治疗前和治疗后虫体的变化。方法：以阿苯达唑治疗兔体旋毛虫病。结果：治疗前旋毛虫幼虫虫体光滑，囊包完整；治疗后第１周虫体即开始死亡，虫体结构逐步被破坏，轮廓不清，虫体缩小、断裂、钙化。结论：治疗第５周后虫体基本被吸收，偶见虫体部分残端，最终被完全机化，肌肉组织逐步修复。

Objective: The morphological changes of the encysted larvae were observed under microscope before and after the treatment. Methods: In rabbit of trichinosis the treatment with albendazole. Results: Showed that before treatment the larvae from were integral and smooth outside the larvae began to die in the first week after the drug was withdrawn.The form of it was gradually disorganizde which exhibited a decrease in size and the cloudy contour of its body and then the larvae started to be ruptured, culcified and absorbed.HZConclusion: By the 5th week after treatment,the larvae were mostly absorbed, and at last completely organized. The muscle tissue was gradually repaired.
