摘要
利用粘土矿物的结构和物理化学特性负载纳米颗粒以制备高性能的功能矿物材料,是目前材料科学、矿物加工、化学工程等多学科交叉的研究前沿。粘土矿物大的比表面积、丰富的孔道结构和优越的离子交换性能为其用于矿物型复合催化材料提供了充分的保证。综述了国内外粘土矿物负载型复合催化剂的最新进展,整理分析了凹凸棒石、高岭土、蒙脱石、海泡石、硅藻土、沸石等多种复合催化剂的制备方法、应用方向及性能评价,并结合目前存在的一些问题提出见解,为深入研究提供了一定的思路。
The use of structure, physical and chemical properties of clay minerals loaded with nano-particles for high performaee functional materials is the research forefront of interdisciplinary for material science, mineral processing, chemical industry and so on at present. Clay minerals can be used as compound catalysts for their high surface tea, rich pore structure and excellent ion exchange capacity. The latest progress of mineral compound catalysts in and abroad are reviewed. The preparation, application and performance evaluation of attapulgite, kaolin, montmorillonite, sepiolite, diatomite and zeolite are analyzed. Insights are proposed to provide ideas for further research.
