摘要
论述了采用絮凝沉淀法处理洗衣机厂表面处理车间含锌废水及底漆废水,以及用活性炭吸附、多级喷淋法处理面漆烘道及底漆烘道废气的方法.治理后,排水pH=7.98,CODCr:146.0(?)g/L,色度:1倍,悬泞物:.5(?)g/L,面漆烘道废气二甲苯:<25mg/m^3,底漆烘道废气氨:未检出.各项指标均达到国家排放标准.
This article relates to the flocculating settling method for treating the zinc-bearing waste water and the undercoat waste water from the surfacing shop of the washer plant, by using the activated carbon adsorption and by using drip washing for treating the waste gas from the backing finish tunnel and baking undercoat tunnel. Good results arc obtained from this technique. pH:7.98, CODC, 146.0mg/L, colouring: l, SS-. 5 mg/L, diraethylbenzene; <25 mg/m3> ammonia: below the limif of detecting.
