淋巴结外T细胞性淋巴瘤EB病毒感染和CD56表达关系的研究

Expressive Relationship Between EBV Infection and CD56 in Extranodal T-Cell Lymphoma

目的：研究淋巴结外 Ｔ 细胞性淋巴瘤（ Ｔ－ ｃｅｌｌ Ｌｙｍ ｐｈｏｍ ａ， Ｔ Ｃ Ｌ）中 Ｅｐｓｔｅｉｎ－ Ｂａｒｒ 病毒（ Ｅ Ｂ病毒）感染情况及其同 Ｃ Ｄ５６ 表达关系。方法：对１５ 例淋巴结反应性增生和３３ 例淋巴结外 Ｔ 细胞性淋巴瘤应用原位杂交法检测 Ｅ Ｂ Ｅ Ｒｓ 和免疫组织化学法检测表面抗原 Ｃ Ｄ５６ 的表达。结果：淋巴结外 Ｔ细胞性淋巴瘤中 Ｅ Ｂ Ｅ Ｒｓ和 Ｃ Ｄ５６ 表达率分别为 ６３．６％ （２１／３３）和２４．２％ （８／３３），淋巴结反应性增生中 Ｅ Ｂ Ｅ Ｒｓ 和 Ｃ Ｄ５６ 阳性表达率分别为 ０％ （０／１５）和２６．７％ （４／１５）。 Ｅ Ｂ Ｅ Ｒｓ 和 Ｃ Ｄ５６ 表达无相关性（ Ｐ＞ ０．０５）。结论：表明 Ｅ Ｂ病毒高度感染淋巴结外 Ｔ细胞性淋巴瘤，可能是其发生的一个重要因素，但 Ｅ Ｂ病毒感染同 Ｃ Ｄ５６ 表达无关。

Objective:To study the relationship between EBV infection and CD56 expression in the extranodal T-cell lymphomas (TCLs).Methods:33 cases of extranodal TCLs and 15 cases of reactive hyperplasia of lymphomas (RHs) were detected first with In situ hybridization for EBERs, and then with immunohistochemistry for CD56 expressions.Results:The positive rates of EBERs and CD56 in extranodal TCLs were 63.6%(21/33) and 27.3%(9/33) respectively, with no significant relationship (P>0.05).The Expression rate in RHs were o%(0/15) and 26.7%(4/15) respectively.Conclusion:The High EBV infection of extranodal TCLs may play an important role in the pathogenesis of TCLs , but it is not related to the expression of CD56.
