经济发达地区农村居民点潜力释放空间选择——以太仓市陆渡镇、浏河镇为例

RESEARCH ON SPATIAL SELECTION OF CONSOLIDATION POTENTIALITY OF RURAL RESIDENTIAL LAND IN DEVELOPED REGIONS——A CASE STUDY OF LUDU AND LIUHE TOWN IN TAICANG

农村居民点潜力释放是城乡统筹发展的重要课题,潜力释放的空间优选则是城乡空间格局统筹的基础。基于农村居民点适宜性评价,构建经济发展潜力、居住便利性和生态环境耦合而成的指标体系,评估研究区域以行政村为单元的居住适宜性空间序列,形成适宜性分区,并根据农村居民点潜力的空间分布,统筹考虑城镇发展和耕地保护的要求,建立农村居民点潜力释放优先序的选择矩阵,形成分时序、分空间的潜力释放方案。研究结果表明:陆渡镇、浏河镇农村居民点潜力释放最优的区域主要位于沿江的东海等4个行政村,次优先潜力释放的区域包括陆渡等3个行政村,第三优先潜力释放的区域包括斑竹等10个行政村,第四优先潜力释放区域包括天浜等6个行政村,最后释放潜力的区域主要是陆渡镇和浏河镇建成区内的农村居民点。最后,提出了不同区域潜力释放模式的建议。

As the key subject on balancing urban and rural development,spatial selection of rural residential land consolidation is the basis of the urban and rural coordinative development spatial pattern.Based on the theoretical potentiality,this study established a coordinal index system of maximizing the economic,social,ecological benefits to assess spatial sequences of rural residential land suitability taking Ludu and Liuhe Town of Taicang City as studying cases,and administrative village as evaluation unit.According to the spatial pattern of rural residential land suitability and the demand of urbanization and cultivated land protecting,this paper established priority selection matrix of consolidation potentiality of rural residential land and discussed the match of tempo-spatial plan of consolidation.The results showed that the most prior villages to consolidate were four villages including Donghai along the Yangtze River.The sub-prior villages were three villages including Ludu.The third-prior villages were ten villages including Banzhu.The forth-prior villages were six villages including Tianbang.The fifth-prior villages were built-up areas including Ludu and Liuhe.Lastly,this paper discussed the match of tempo-spatial sequences of consolidation potentiality and consolidation mode.
