摘要
从厌氧污泥中分离出一株高效硫酸盐还原菌SRB2-2,研究了此菌株对糖蜜废水的脱硫效果的影响因素。结果表明,当温度为35℃,固定化SRB2-2体积分数为15%,废水稀释倍数为4时,4 d后,SO42-由2 016.5 mg/L降低到51.4 mg/L,去除率达97.5%;废水稀释倍数减少时,SRB2-2的反硫化活性受到抑制,加入单质铁可以消除其抑制作用。SRB2-2的应用为糖蜜废水的处理提供了一个经济、可行的技术,即"反硫化-农灌"技术。
An efficient sulfate-reducing bacterial strain SRB2-2 has been separated from anaerobic sludge. The influential factors of the strain on the desulfurization efficiency and rates of molasses wastewater are studied. The results show that when the temperature is 35℃, the volume fraction of immobilized SRB2-2 is 15%, the dilute rate of wastewater is 4, and, after 4 d, the sulfate concentration decreases to 51.4 mg/L from 2 016.5 mg/L, the removal rate can reach 97.5%. When the dilution rate of wastewater is lowered, the desulfurization activity of SRB2-2 is inhibited, and the addition of elemental iron can eliminate this inhibition. The application of SRB2-2 would provide an economical and feasible technology of biological desulfurization-irrigation for the treatment of molasses wastewater.
